Le film est drôle, j'aime beaucoup les film avec des jeune dedans, et je l'ai trouvé très réaliste, j'aime les films québécois.

Un excellent film Québécois que je vais revoir avec plaisir en DVD! Jean-Carl Boucher, dans le rôle de Ricardo joue très bien son rôle d'enfant des années '80 et donne la pleine crédibilité au film! Un gros bravo!

Bon petit film clin d'oeil à ma jeunesse. J'y retrouve mes repaires et j'ai pu expliquer à mon enfant comment c'était avant l'air des ordi. B mol quelques vulgarités...

Quand j'ai vu la bande annonce de ce film je me suis dit: ça l'air vraiment plate. Donc, j'ai été surprise de l'apprécier. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas le film de l'année. La façon de parler des jeunes et leur comportement est très proche de la réalité et il s'agit ici d'un très bon exemple, vaut toujours mieux dire la vérité au lieu de se vanter. Il ne faut surtout pas s'attendre à une comédie parce qu'il n'y a rien de drôle dans ce film. Mais juste un petit film léger, où on nous rammène dans les années 80.

Personellement, je ne vois pas ce qu'on peut reprocher à ce film... Si vous êtes du genre à ne pas aimer l'humour Québecois, les histoires simples, comiques et très réalistes, ce n'est probablement pas fait pour vous. Pour l'autre moitié de gens qui savent apprécier les films du genre autant que ceux Américains et grandioses, je vous lève mon chapeau. Pour ma part, j'ai énormément apprécié le côté charmant et sans prétention de 1981. Je ne suis pas de cette époque, mais j'ai tout de même adoré! Non, ce n'est pas l'histoire avec effets spéciaux, actes héroïques et scientifiques... Non. MAis le contenu est tellement amusant et simple, que j'ai vraiment adoré!!! Bravo à tous ces acteurs qui ont su transmettre leur humour, leur valeurs sentimentales et familiales au travers de ce petit chef d'oeuvre que j'ai tout simplement dévoré!! Merci!

Un bon film drôle et très réaliste (je ne suis pas né en 1981 mais mon père était jeune dans ce temps et il me disait que tout ressemblait à ça) Le petit garçon joue très bien son rôle mais c'est vrai que l'histoire n'a pas vraiment d'histoire!!

Belle surprise :) Je ne m'attendais à rien de spécifique, et je dois dire que j'ai adoré! 1981 est un film hilarant, simple, et amusant! Le jeune Jean-Carl Boucher est incroyable, il envoie ses lignes avec brio, il fait rire et est touchant! L'histoire est charmante, et m'a ramenée à plusieurs reprises à ma propre enfance. La réalisation de Ricardo Trogi, même si elle n'est pas aussi cinglante et directe que ces films précédents, est originale et offre de bons moments. Les scènes où le jeune homme rêvasse offrent de belles surprises. Bref un beau film, très drôle, qui explore les soucis de l'enfance, d'une façon assez authentique et cocasse! Ça fait passer un beau moment.

Le souvenir d'une époque révolue mais qui a bel et bien existé. Je m'attendais à plus, mais je me suis quand même amusée en visionnant le film. Très naturel et réaliste, bien fait et structuré, tous les composantes y sont: le chagrin, la joie, la frustration, les non-dits, la timidité, les rêves, la première idylle cachée, les sourires en coin, le rire et j'en passe. Ce récit est basé sur du concret, donc une bonne poignée de main et un beau merci à Ricardo Trogi pour sa touche de fraîcheur. En passant Jean-Carl Boucher est fantastique dans son rôle. Du québécois à regarder juste pour le plaisir...

A part les références amusantes sur les années 80 comme les kiwis et le catalogue distribution au consomateurs, ce film est complètement vide de sens. On dirait que tous est prétexte à montrer des trucs des années 80. C'est drôle les 15 premières minutes mais, on fini par en avoir assez. Bref, mauvais scénario, mauvais acteurs. Aurait pu être beaucoup mieux.

Le retour à 1981 est l'fun à voir. Surtout que je suis de sa génération. Mais j'aurais préféré un bon scénario qui ce passe dans les années 80's, plutôt qu'une histoire vrai un peu ennuyeuse. Un bon film pour tous, sans plus. Peut-être que j'ai été chanceux, mais n'ai jamais vu un prof fumer en classe. Et le petit punch de la bille est bon.

J'aime bien ce genre de film et je lui aurais donné un 8 mais pour rester honnête avec la majorité je lui donne un 7. Le scénario n'est pas terrible mais il nous ramène de façon assez fidèle aux années 80. Et c'est ce que l'on recherche dans un film se faire transporter quelque part ou ressentir quelques émotions. Moi, pour ma part, il a atteint son objectif.

Mettant en vedette le jeune acteur québécois Jean-Carl Boucher, ce long-métrage rafraîchissant saura divertir les nostalgiques d’une enfance vécue dans les années 80, sans toutefois délaisser les autres générations. Inspiré de l’enfance du réalisateur, le film raconte les péripéties d’un garçon de 11 ans qui, après avoir changé d’école, doit, à plusieurs reprises, faire face aux péripéties découlant de ses mensonges. « 1981 » est un film charismatique, où plusieurs se reconnaîtront et où quelques personnages attachants, joués par des acteurs de talent, se succèdent. On pense entre autres à l’hystérie de la mère (Sandrine Bisson) face au comportement de son fils, et à Ricardo (Jean-Carl Boucher) lui-même, qui, malgré ses quelques vices, est un garçon très attachant parce qu’imparfait. Par ailleurs, en ressortant plusieurs objets des années 80 et en recréant la mode de ce temps sur tous les personnages, un univers d’une autre époque est créé et l’impression d’un retour au passé est très réussie. On peut mentionner en guise d’exemple les immenses lunettes de l’enseignante, le gilet « K-way » tant désiré par le jeune garçon, ainsi que ses couvertures « Star Wars ». Le scénario, de son côté, présente un dialogue vrai, drôle, et une histoire parfois teintée d’un imaginaire au style unique comme démontré par l’apparition fréquente, dans les rêveries du garçon, d’un soldat nazi en noir et blanc sorti tout droit d’une histoire de l’enfance de son père. Bref, « 1981 » est définitivement à voir pour ceux qui désirent alléger leur quotidien. Bien que ce ne soit pas le film de la décennie, le style de scénarisation est très intéressant, les décors, costumes et accessoires nous plongent dans une autre époque et, à tous ces mérites, s’ajoute une très bonne cohorte de comédiens.

1981: un film sans histoire aurait pu être le titre. La nostalgie c'est bien beau, mais il faut une histoire pour l'englober. Voilà le problème: le récit s'éparpille dans plein de directions et finalement perd tout son intérêt et son sens. Qu'est-ce que l'on veut démontrer? Où est-ce que l'histoire s'en va? Les comédiens ont beau être bons et jouer la carte de la nostalgie peut être intéressant (Ah, le catalogue du Distribution aux Consommateurs...), mais n'empêche que le film aurait pu être beaucoup plus resserré et étoffé.

Le quotidien d'un enfant qui vient de déménager, au premier degré, sans réel souci de construction d'un récit intéressant. Iiich que ça vole pas haut! Avec une narration envahissante et inutile, et un paquet de renvois «culturels» aux années 80 qui ne font que... renvoyer aux années 80, sans rien apporter. Et reconstituer le décor de 1981, wow, quel tour de force technique :- ( Vraiment, on s'en fout : on peut facilement retrouver tous les éléments du film dans un sous-sol de Brossard. À défaut d'une bonne histoire, le film aurait quasiment pu s'intéresser à certains sujets, tels celui de la première génération à avoir grandi dans l'univers de la publicité, ceux de la frénésie à la consommation, du mensonge, du désir sexuel naissant des pré-ados, de la perception infantile des classes socio-économiques, etc., mais finalement se révèle de manière navrante une grosse coquille vide. «1981» nous arrache malgré tout quelques sourires, et il faut signaler le jeu savoureux de la comédienne personnifiant la mère de Ricardo, mais quel gaspillage de pellicule! On est trrrès loin de la satire sociale mordante de «Québec-Montréal». Ce film plaira sans doute énormément à cette génération dont le sujet de discussion de prédilection est les dessins animés et émissions pour enfants qu'ils écoutaient dans leur jeunesse... Ceux-ci vont sans doute passer le film à s'écrier «Ah oui, moi aussi j'en voulais un! » à chaque fois que va être plogué un de ces artefacts complaisants de l'année 1981.

AFFREUX!!! C'est la première fois de ma vie que j'arrête un film au beau milieu. Je n'ai jamais vu un tel navet! Moi et mes amies allions nous endormir. Vulgaire, répétitif et de mauvais goût. À éviter à tout prix. Malgré tout, les acteurs se débrouillent bien (je lève mon chapeau au jeune garçon qui joue le personnage principal)

Je me range du côté de l'avis général : c'est un bon film, sans lui donner cependant une cote 10 ou 9 ou même 8 (il faut quand même faire un effort pour lire et appliquer les critères suggérés) Mon seul bémol : on devrait cataloguer ce film de la manière suivante : "déconseillé aux jeunes enfants" et non "général". Même certains Harry Potter sont déconseillés aux jeunes enfants... Les parents qui ne veulent pas exposer leurs jeunes enfants aux sacres et aux allusions sexuelles, même si celles-ci sont peu présentes, ont le droit de savoir un peu à quoi s'attendre. J'ai envoyé ma fille de 9 ans se coucher. De toute façon, on voyait bien qu'elle avait décroché et elle n'a pas du tout riposté. C'est aux parents de juger eux-mêmes si leurs enfants sont prêts ou non pour ce type de langage. Avec un peu moins de sacres, ce film pourrait être plus facilement diffusé dans toute la francophonie puisque les comédiens s'expriment très bien tout en restant Québécois.

Ce film aurait dû être plus développé. Une histoire banale, comme la plupart des histoires des p'tits québécois des années 1980... Où était la voix des petits Simards? Où était les casquettes des expos? Les bottes caoutchouc bleues? Les cordurois... et j'en passe! Les foutus pogos sur lesquels on sautait dans la cour d'école (le mien était rose et mauve... houuh) et j'en passe! ;)

C'est bon... j'avais 5 ans en 1981 et mon dieu que ça nous rappelle des souvenirs de notre enfance! Les détails sont tellement comme c'était... C'est sûr que ce n'est pas la grosse histoire mais c'est bon et j'ai beaucoup rit!

Je suis un peu sévère, mais je m'attendais a tellement mieux. Mettons que je peux donner un 6.5 presque 7. Je vais voir tous les films québécois, j'adore encourager la langue française et l'oeuvre d'ici avant tout. Le sujet était bon mais il manquait quelque chose a l'histoire, de punch on dirait. Mais vaut quand même la peine de le louer au club video. Quelques bouts drôles et nostalgiques surtout pour ceux et celles nee avant 1982 et moins environ.

Ce film est une amusante rétrospective des années 80. J'ai trouvé Ricardo plutôt dégourdi pour son âge. Les stéréotypes de l'époque sont bien repris et commentés mais où l'«être» finira par prendre un peu le dessus sur le «paraître». Très divertissant!

Ça m'a fait sourire et même, franchement rire plus d'une fois. Ça dépeint très bien l'époque du début des années 80 : le kiwi rouge, le walkman, etc. je conseillerais d'aller le voir entre personnes qui ont vécu leur jeunesse dans ces années là. J'y suis allée avec quelqu'un de plus jeune qui n'a pas tout compris les clins d'œil et ce qui se passait dans l'histoire.

Très bon film. On passe un bon moment à rire et on embarque facilement dans l'histoire. N'ayant pas vécu dans l'époque de Ricardo Trogi à 10 ans, je ne peux pas commenter l'aspect historique mais je me souviens d'avoir entendu parlé de produits donc, un beau clin d'oeil. Les acteurs sont bons et convainquants. Encore une bonne production québécoise!

Quel bon film, on retrouve les sentiments qu'on avaient à cet âge et on s'aperçoit que finalement on est tous pareils, quand on a 10 ans, on s'en fait pour des riens, on rêve, on imagine des choses tellement on a le bégin. Touche de fraîcheur, allez voir ça pour passer un bon moment.

Magnifique oui! Tout est au detail près de 1981!! Tellement drôle, à vrai dire que les adultes l'ont trouvé medium, c'est un film pour enfant-ados, (si vous avez de la logique vous allez savoir pourquoi...)

Le film comporte beaucoup trop de voix-off, ce qui vient constamment briser le rythme. Mais il y a de très bons gags et paradoxalement ce sont les voix-off qui les donnent presque tous... aurait-ce été meilleur en roman? C'est une question que se pose vraiment, car le résultat de cette oeuvre est un film qui manque de rythme mais qui fait rire à l'occasion... mais qui sera vite oublié.
