Il était excellent. Ce film n'a pas eu assez de crédit. J'étais étonné par la façon dont Claire Foy était effectivement en mesure de jouer la sorcière.

Diantre! Mais que faisait Nicolas Cage dans ce film-là? L'idée du film est intéressante mais mausus que c'est mal amené et tout! Je me suis surpris à cogner des clous parfois! La conclusion est soit décevante ou géniale selon vos goûts. Pour ma part, elle n'a fait que conclure un mauvais film point! Pas un navet, mais pas très bon non plus. Même Cage n'a pas pu sauver le film de sa noyade. À éviter!

Si je considère le film sans la fin, je l'aurai tout simplement adoré. Par contre, vu le dénouement, j'ai été vraiment déçu. Comme il a été mentionné dans les commentaires plus haut, la fin du film rappelle les films cu-cu... c'est assez dommage car l'histoire est assez bonne et les acteurs aussi. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi la fin a été montée comme une centaine d'autre films déjà vu et vraiment mauvais alors qu'il y avait un bon potentiel. Mais, je ne regrette pas pour autant d'être é voir le film. Il m'a très bien divertie ce qui est le but visé, non?

Soit vous aimerez, soit vous n'aimerez pas, la dernière option étant mon cas! La photographie est intéressante, mais le scénario est rempli de faiblesses, l'intrigue de savoir qui est ou ce qu'est la jeune fille constituant mon seul intérêt à rester dans la salle de projection. La fin me semble complètement absurde: honnêtement, vous croyez qu'un homme peut contenir Satan, pendant son exorcisme, par la simple force de ses bras? Amen!

C'est bon, pour ceux qui aiment les truc qui font peur vous êtes servit avec la peste!!! Les maquillage sont vraiment bien fait, mais sinon quelques effets spéciaux laissent à désirés. La fin est vraiment cu-cu. L'histoire aurait pu être mieux développer et c'est vrai que le film est court, mais bon, il reste un bon divertissement. ( en vidéo seulement selon moi!)

Bien fait et je dois avouer que vivre à cette époque n'était sûrement pas du gâteau. La H1N1, le C-difficil, la Gastro n'était rien à comparer à la peste. En fin un film qui n'a pas un histoire d'amour comme sujet... Les effets spéciaux pas exagéré. Je l'ai aimé...

J'ai passé du bon temps en regardant ce film. Bien fait et je dois avouer que vivre à cette époque n'était surement pas du gateau. La H1N1 n'était rien à comparer à cela. P. S. Seul point faible, je trouve les personnages principaux très bien immunisés contre la peste... sans plus. Bon film...

Divertissant mais sans plus. Ça ne vaut pas le prix au cinéma. Ça commence assez bien comme un film sur l'inquisition et les Croisades mais plus on avance, plus ça se gâte... Un procès pour sorcellerie qui vire en film du type Exorciste, on ne comprend plus trop les intentions du réalisateur et on rit presque tellement la fin est grotesque avec en vedette des zombies... Pas fort. Pourquoi Nicholas Cage s'entête-t-il à jouer dans des navets?

Les acteurs font ce qu'ils peuvent, mais le scénario est mauvais, les dialogue sont digne d'un mauvais remake et le monteur devait probablement dormir au gaz tant les 30 premières minutes sont horribles. Perte de temps et d'argent.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée à visionner ce film. Beaucoup d'actions et d'effets spéciaux (à volonté!) Je suis très surprise des mauvaises critiques qu'il y a eu pour ce film. Pour ma part, je l'ai beaucoup aimé.

Je m'attendais à un film extraordinaire et j'ai été franchement déçu. Il y a beau avoir de magnifiques paysages le film ne porte pas la dessus. L'histoire est poussé [...] comme si quand on l'a écrit les mecs étaient pressé d'en finir mais du début à la fin. Allez le voir mais c'est pas miraculeux!!

Un bon film dans son ensemble. Par contre, nous avons eu l'impression qu'il y a eu un manque de budget important pour la fin du film puisque celui-ci se gâche complètement dans les 15 dernières minutes. On aurait dit que les scènes furent tournée pour bouclé le film très rapidement.

Terrible film. Au départ, il semble tout de même bien s'annoncer, mais les choses se gâtent assez rapidement. Le scénario ne tient pas debout et la fin est certes « surprenante », mais d'aucun intérêt. La construction de l'histoire est plus que médiocre et les personnages n'ont pas d'âme (sauf peut-être celui de Nicolas Cage, qui s'en sort un peu mieux que les autres...) Ils sortent pour la plupart de nulle part et n'apportent rien d'intéressant au film, sinon quelques répliques qui font rire (parfois dans des moments inopportuns, ce qui nous laisse nous questionner sur la raison pour laquelle on rit vraiment) À noter également le grand écart entre les niveaux de langue qui font perdre énormément de crédibilité au long-métrage (j'ignorais que l'on disait « Let's get the hell out of here » à l'époque du Moyen Âge et qu'on poursuivait en sortant des discours grandiloquents...) Sans parler des évènements du film qui semblent forcés et font lever les yeux au ciel. Bref, Season of the Witch est un navet. Vous pouvez passer votre chemin sans regrets, votre vie en gagnera en qualité et votre portefeuille jouira d'un dix dollars de plus avec lequel vous pourrez aller voir un film qui vaudra réellement un investissement de votre part.

Sérieusement je ne comprend les mauvaises critiques. Pour un film fantastique et d'époque il fait plutôt bien. Peut-être j'aurais aimé un peu plus d'intensité, mais de là a lui donner une aussi basse note. Moi j'ai passé un bon moment.

Le film est assez ordinaire merci! D'après moi Nicolas Cage a trop de dette a payer et s'est pour cela qu'il a prit le rôle dans ce film , je ne vois aucune autre raison logique. L'histoire est très mince le jeux des acteurs , autre que notre ami Nicolas , est très ordinaire , bref un film à regarder quand il n'y a plus d'autre choix au club vidéo...

Ma conjointe et moi avons trouvé ce film très bon et la fin surprend un peu car on ne s'attend pas à cela. Un 7 mérité avec de bons acteurs et de bons effets. Un seul hic, trop court à mon goût.

Contrastant avec les sciences-fictions, les fantastiques, les animations du moment, la Sorcière noire est un retour surprenant à l'époque des croisades chevaleresques. Nicolas Cage est égale à lui-même dans son personnage de force tranquille exacerbée et Ron Perlman cadre parfaitement bien dans cet environnement rustique. Le discours est minimaliste mais approprié à l'action en cours qui prend place au sein de splendides paysages autrichiens. L'intrigue finale met en scène des effets spéciaux très réalistes qui s'intègrent fort bien aux jeux des personnages. J'aurais aimé en voir un peu plus.

Attendez donc que le film passe à la télévision. Ne payez surtout pas pour ça. Je ne comprend pas comment Cage a accepté de jouer pour ça. Je n'ai aucune formation en cinéma mais ce film est bourré d'erreurs. On aperçoit à plusieurs reprises la perche de son en haut à gauche de l'écran. On peut voir trois technicien dans une même scène. La conception des graphique à la fin est très décevante: même les jeux vidéos sont plus performants de nos jours.

J'ai bien aimé le film. La durée de celui-ci est vraiment court. On aurait dit que le budget était limité. Le scénario et les acteurs sont bons. Ce film mérite d'être vu.
