Je n'ai vraiment pas aimé, je n'ai pas écouté les 20 dernières minutes, il ne faisait aucunement peur. Je donne un trois, car je ne sais pas si la fin est bonne... mais pour le reste je ne le conseille pas.

Lorsque j'ai vu que ce film était de Night Shyamalan je me suis dis Nonnn. Mon Dieu qu'il fait des mauvais films ce type, faudrait vraiment que quelqu'un lui dise. C'est pourri comme film. Seul point positif, le film ne dure que 1h15 une chance...

J'ai bel et bien adoré ce film d'horreur. C'est certain que l'histoire se déroule pratiquement dans un ascenseur, alors il n'a pas vraiment d'explosion ou autre, mais quand même ce film est assez intéressant. Je trouve cependant que le film ne dure pas assez longtemps. La morale de la fin est bonne.

C'est le premier film "d'horreur" que j'ai vu de ma vie (mes amies m'ont presque trainée dans la salle de cinéma lol) et moi ça m'a vraiment fait peur. L'histoire était correcte (j'ai trouvé que ça ressemblait beaucoup à Dix Petits Nègres d'Agatha Christie...) C'est pas un grand film mais c'était le fun (et j'ai presque pas dormi de la nuit après XD) Et le dénouement, quand le "diable" est révélé on a TOUTES hurlé comme des folles Xddd. Mais avec le recul je trouve que c'était un peu décousu.

Dégeulasse! (Ça reste mon opinion.) Le début a aucun lien, le film au complet est long et plate et la fin est plus que débile! C'est sur que le dude va se sentir mieux après ça, maintenant que par sa faute, ya pu juste 2 personnes qu'il a tué, ya 4 autres personnes innocentes qui sont mortes par sa faute! Bravo la morale! Isshhh! Con mais CON! Et jsuis même pas une adoratrice des films d'horreur pi de suspense, j'y connais rien pas en toute! Je suis juste une civile nowhere qui a tellement trouvé ce film pas bon qu'est venu perdre son temps à venir écrire sa critique ici!

Ce film m'intriguait beaucoup avant de le voir, je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre et j'ai été agréablement surprise. Tout au long du film, j'ai été tenue en haleine, les événements s'enchaînaient et j'étais de plus en plus captivée, j'avais hâte de savoir ce qui se passait, je ne vous dirai pas le punch mais c'est très bien pensé, cela envoie un message très déconcertant, j'ai tout simplement adoré, tout le monde devrait voir ce film, peut-être aurions nous un monde meilleur...

Très bon film... J'en vois des centaines par année et celui-là est très efficace en son genre. Peu importe qu'il s'agisse d'un suspense ou d'un film d'horreur, c'est réussi. Il semble qu'il y ait un débat sur la catégorie de ce film, alors je serai clair : ce n'est pas un genre de "Saw" ni d'"Halloween" à la Rob Zombie, d'excellents films d'ailleurs, mais un film terrifiant sur le plan psychologique, inclassable, quoi. À vous de juger.

Honnêtement, j'ai été déçu, je croyais que ce film allait être vraiment bon, mais il n'y a rien de wow, pas assez d'action et ne fait vraiment pas peur, un film plutôt à louer, dsl de vous décevoir.

Quelque peu sceptique à l'idée de visionner un autre échec potentiel issu de l'imaginaire de M. Night Shyamalan, je dois avouer que Devil était plus satisfaisant que je ne l'aurais cru... mais on est encore très loin de The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable ou même Signs, qui demeurent les principales réussites de Shyamalan selon moi. Doté d'un scénario simple mais relativement efficace de prime abord, le film garde une certaine tension du début à la fin, gracieuseté d'un bon jeu d'acteurs, d'un montage serré et d'une trame sonore tendue. La finale demeure néanmoins un peu décevante, et malgré les forces mentionnées précédemment, j'en espérais quand même un peu plus... Mais bon, c'est quand même déjà une nette amélioration par rapport à The Happening; reste à savoir si Shyamalan continuera sur cette voie avec les prochains volets des "Night Chronicles".

Ça me fait rire, le monde qui dise ce n'est pas un vrai film d'horreur. Ce n'est pas sensé être un VRAI film d'horreur non plus. Si vous vous attendiez à cela, vous allez être déçus. Le film a été catégorisé comme film suspense avec des scènes d'horreurs, pour déterminer les auditeurs qui peuvent regarder le film. S'il y a des scènes horrifiantes, même si c'est juste une, ils sont obligés de le mettre dans la catégorie principale, qui est ici suspense, et ajouté la seconde catégorie Horreur. Pensez-y, s'il avait juste mis suspense et qu'un parent se dit, c'est pas si pire je peux y aller avec mon gosse de 6 ans, et qu'on lui a pas dit nulle part qu'il y avait une ou des scènes horrifiantes, bonjour les dégâts! Oui, c'est sûr que pour ceux qui aiment le sang, la violence comme les vrais films d'horreur nous offrent, vont être déçus, mais ceux qui adorent le suspense et les films de moralité vont être satisfaits. Moi, je n'avais pas d'attentes envers ce film, ce qui explique probablement pourquoi je n'ai pas été déçu. C'est sûr que le jeu des acteurs auraient pu être mieux, il y a des explications manquantes pour certaines choses. Mais dans l'ensemble c'était un bon divertissement, c'est pourquoi je lui donne la note de 8.

C'est un excellent film, efficace, qui n'a pas besoin d'autant de décor pour nous surprendre. Bon suspense et bon film psychologique. Nous avons pas besoin de tout voir et de tout savoir pour que ce film soit efficace. Ce film est conçu pour de VRAIS fans de films d'horreur.

Un peu banal par moments, mais il faut admettre que le niveau de tension augmente au fur et à mesure que l'histoire progresse... Ce n'est pas un film exceptionnel, mais c'est tout de même un bon divertissement!

Bon.. je lis les commentaires, puis je me dis que si vous vous attendiez à un film d'horreur, vous allez être déçu. Si vous vous attendez à un film rempli d'action, vous allez être très déçu. Si vous connaissez le style de M. Night Shyamalan, vous allez savoir à quel type de iflm vous attendre. Ce n'est pas son meilleur, mais loin d'être un mauvais film. Le jeu d'acteur aurait pu être un peu mieux, mais dans l'ensemble c'est un film qui mérite d'être vu! Et pour ceux qui se pleignent qu'il n'y a pas assez de "sans" dans le film, attendez donc qu'une autre suite de "Saw" sorte pour vous gâter. Si vous voulez un film qui vous fait réfléchir un peu plus, Devil en vaut la peine.

Ouais, je viens d'aller le voir avec mes amies et ce n'est pas du tout éepurant. On dirait plutôt une épisode de Passe-Partout où la morale est bien plus évidente que tout le reste de l'histoire. Bon tout de même, et surtout que le démon était super cool! Sauf un peu épeurant. Bref, bye!

Pas mauvais comme film... Ce n'est pas tellement un film d'horreur mais plus un suspense. Par contre, on s'attend à beaucoup plus intéressant comme fin que celle qui nous est présentée. Bon divertissement.

Ce n'est pas un film d'horreur, c'est plutôt du suspense, puisque les scènes où se produit l'horreur se passent dans le noir. Le film nous tient en haleine du début à la fin. Par contre la fin du film est moins bonne que ce qu'on peut imaginer. En général, c'est assez bon.

Vraiment surprenant. Ça fait longtemps que j'ai pas vu un film avec un message aussi puissant. Mille bravo. Le scénario est ordinaire, les acteurs sont ok mais la suite des idées tous entre ensemble et c'est vraiment une belle tomber. Allez-y et garder l'esprit ouvert, qui sait sortirez vous de la avec une nouvelle perspective sur la vie.

J'étais agréablement surprise... différent. Mais pas un film dit Horreur... un suspense comme plusieurs ont décrit... voir même subtile en son genre, ce qui est rare dans ce genre de film... j'ai fait plaisir à mon homme pour voir ce film et c'est moi qui en sort bien conrtente de l'avoir vu.

Malgré cetaines mauvaises critiques j'ai quand même été voir le film mais a $5 mardi soir. Ce film est plus un suspend que autre chose. Nous étions cinq (en famille), nous avons tous appréciés. Il est vrai que mes attendes n'étaient pas surélevées et quelques fois cela aide à ne pas être déçu. J'ai bien aimé la fin.

Je m'attendais à voir un film avec cliché après cliché. J'ai été agréablement surpris de constater un film très divertissant. Les 1h20 de suspence et d'horreur nous garde attentifs à une histoire originale et bien montée. Les jeux des acteurs sont à revoir par exemple.

Pas mauvais, j'ai bien aimé. Les acteurs étaient convaincants, les personnages clichés, l'histoire plus ou moins originale et le film n'était pas stressant du tout. Quelqu'un m'a fait remarqué que l'histoire pourrait d'une certaine manière avoir des ressemblances avec l'histoire du livre Les Dix Petits Nègres de Agatha Christie, je pense que c'est assez vrai. Bref, un bon film à voir mais peut-être pas au cinéma, quoique je ne regrette pas de l'avoir vu au cinéma quand même.

C'est plus un suspence qu'un film d'horreur, j'ai quand-même aimé ce film. J'aurais aimé qu'il soit plus long.

ENFIN un bon film de Mr. Night... ca faisais longtemps qu'il n'a pas réussi à m'embarquer dans un de ses films... celui ci a été un très bon suspense... très stressant et intriguant... et qui fait réfléchir à la fin... il y a eu un ou deux moments un peu moins bien pensé dans le film, mais en général, Devil est un bon thriller qui captivera votre attention du début à la fin!!!

Ce n'est pas un film, mais un épisode très moyen de Twilight Zone... La prémisse est intéressante: 5 personnes enfermées dans un ascenseur en panne et qui se font tuer l'une après l'autre. Qui est le coupable? Les scénaristes vraiment paresseux ont trouvé une réponse assez niaise merci! On n'est plus au cinéma, mais dans une médiocre production télé. La finale en eau de boudin nous donne envie de crier "Chooouuu!"

C'était malade, de l'action du début à la fin, g été le voir ak mon chum pi mes amies, mon chum, ya eu foul peur, mais moi jtai genre acro, c un super bon film, ya une ou deux fois que tu fais le saut, sinon c bin ok, ya pa décapitation.

Ce film est un navet... l'un des pires films que j'ai vus de toute l'histoire du cinéma... une histoire sans queue ni tête. Les soi-disant scènes d'horreur sont constamment coupées... et donc du coup l'effet horreur disparaît. Le fameux démon qui est révélé à la fin du film est à mourir de rire et sa pseudo voix robotique est digne d'un dessin animé sur Teletoon. Bref même à 5$ l'entrée un mardi, ça vaut pas le coup!

Nul du début à la fin, aucune action et très prévisible. Mon copain s'est endormi et je comprend pourquoi... ps. C'est pas du tout un film d'horreur, à éviter à tout prix.
