Pas mauvais mais malgré l’impressionnante brochette de vedettes, on n'a pas l'impression d'écouter un film solide dont le scénario est sans faille. Il y a certain manque au niveau du scénario et on s'attache pas vraiment aux personnages. Vu la quantité de bons acteurs qui sont dans ce film, j'aurais tendance à faire le reproche au réalisateur. Côté originalité, on a aussi déjà vu plusieurs et plusieurs fois auparavant!

Ce film montre un peu les conséquences d'un virus. Les seuls vrais gagnants dans cette bataille sont les compagnies pharmaceutiques. Les acteurs sont vraiment excellents dans leurs rôles respectifs. Un film à voir si vous n'êtes pas trop fatigué.

On a pas besoin d'avoir des scènes d'actions à couper le souffle pour qu'il y ait du suspense... Oui certaines scènes étaient définitivement superflues.

Les personnes qui trouvent ce film plat sont probablement trop habitué aux films de sang et d'explosion. La plus grande force de cette film est son réalisme!!! J'ai trouvé ça très intéressant, comment les services de santé et le gouvernement travaillent dans une telle situation. Les acteurs sont supérieurs! Très bon film!

Je ne comprends plus les gens... si ce n'est pas un blockbuster avec beaucoup de peau, des armes et de "l'action" les gens ne sont plus divertis. Vous aimez les scénarios réalistes, les drames politiques comme la série "West Wing" vous voulez en savoir plus sur les agences gouvernementales comme la FEMA ou internationale comme l'OMS... COUREZ voir ce film.

Je ne comprends pas comment on peut convaincre de si bons acteurs à faire un film aussi nul. J'ai dû me faire violence pour rester jusqu'à la fin. Vous regretterez d'avoir passé ces deux heures à visionner des gens qui s'infectent les uns et les autres, à travers le monde. Et qui dire du jeu de mon acteur favori: Matt Damon. Oufff! Vraiment nul! Je suis vraiment déçu.

Agréablement surpris. Premièrement ce film possède un excellent casting. Des interprètes de renoms qui campent bien leurs personnages. Je trouve que le rythme du film explique bien la rapidité avec laquelle le virus se propage. Il y a un côté scientifique important dans le film, nous sommes loin des roses et du bonbons. Enfants, adultes pauvres et riches risquent d'être victime de cette contagion. Et où il y a des hommes il y a de hommerie, quelques uns désirent se remplir les poches d'argent sur le dos des malades pendant que d'autres travaillent d'arrache cervelle afin de trouver un antidote. Je vous le conseille si ce genre de divertissement informatif vous intéresse.

On y fait la sommation de toutes les histoires relatives à un problème de contamination des citoyens par la société. Toutes les images, à ce niveau semblent réelles et bien faisables. Seulement, le scénario, le fil conducteur de l'histoire, il n'est pas bien exploité. En sortant, j'ai eu l'impression de participer à un charabia immunologique sur grand écran. Tout, sauf les mesures prises pour contrer la contagion m'a paru servir à rien dans le film. En plus, la fin ne sert à rien, puisqu'à mon avis, elle ne conclut rien!

Ambitieux et complexe, le dernier film de Soderberg captive sans pourtant réussir à nous passionner réellement. La mise en scène experte, à la photographie froide et clinique laisse difficilement libre cour aux émotions. Reste quelques moments de grâce (une biologiste au chevet de son père) qui parviennent à nous rendre ce récit cauchemardesque plus humain. Sordeberg ne mise jamais sur les effets chocs pour appuyer son récit qui n’en a d’ailleurs nul besoin, tant la force de son propos suffit à elle seule. Une image rapide, d’une efficacité redoutable rarement vu à l’écran et se déroulant lors d’une autopsie risque pourtant d’en surprendre plus d’un. La distribution, impressionnante, est parfaite. On regrette parfois le peu de temps à l’écran de certains acteurs et actrices dont les personnages sont moins développés (Marion Cotillard) Malgré ces quelques bémols (très mineurs), Contagion demeure un film d’un intérêt indiscutable qui donne parfois froid dans le dos et qui pousse à la réflexion.

Je dois avouer que c'est principalement parce que je suis moi-même étudiant en microbiologie/immunologie à l'université que j'ai été intéressé à aller voir ce film. Étant donc familié en grande partie avec le jargon scientifique ou la terminologie employée par les microbiologistes du film, j'ai vraiment été diverti et à voir les laboratoires présentés dans ce film je me suis senti comme dans un cours (lol) D'un autre côté, si je n'était pas intéressé par ce domaine d'étude mon appréciation du film aurait probablement été atténuée. Malgré le fait que ce film présente un réalisme surprenant qui se dégage aisément ainsi qu'un certain suspense de part la panique mondiale engendrée par cette nouvelle souche virale, il présente néanmoins quelques longueurs. Je donne un 7 pour mon appréciation personnelle, la bonne documentation sur le domaine des maladies infecieuses et de l'épidémiologie, et sur le jeu des acteurs. Par contre, un sujet comme celui-ci aurait été susceptible de mettre davantage l'accent sur un suspense plus prononcé véhiculant les péripéties de plusieurs personnes à l'échelle planétaire. Au lieu de cela, il met l'emphase sur les recherches d'une minorité de gens. Bref, ça manquait un peu de «thriller» afin de nous tenir en alerte et concentré. Mais quant même, il vaut la peine d'être vu, que ce soit au cinéma ou en dvd.

Ce qui est peut être décevant dans ce film, c'est d'y voir une grande belle brochette de bons acteurs sans que ce soit... nécessaire pour l'appréciation du film contrairement à Ocean's Eleven ou autre film de ce genre. C'est donc un film plus modeste que ce qu'ils veulent nous faire croire et pas le meilleur qui traite de ce sujet. De mémoire, le film Outbreak avec Dustin Hoffman est bien meilleur. Les scènes sont toutefois bien réussies ainsi que l'intrigue. Un scénario fort crédible à mi-chemin du H1N1 et de la peste. Recommandable!

Ceux qui cherchent le divertissement à l'américaine avec des armes, des effets spéciaux et des chats qui bondissent pendant une scène sombre vont détester. Si à l'inverse vous aimez les scénarios réalistes qui conjuguent les jeux de coulisses, les explications scientifiques et le suspense bien ficelé, courez vite au cinoche. J'ai adoré.

C'est vrai, je ne comprends pas pourquoi les critiques sont si négatives. Il est vrai qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'action, mais un film peut-être très bon malgré ça, n'est-ce pas! Il y a par contre un très bon suspense. Ce que j'ai aimé, c'est le réalisme qui se dégage de ce film. Qu'arriverait-il si un virus (type A (H1N1)) se propageait rapidement grâce au moyen de transport moderne. Les vrais héros sont les microbiologistes et docteurs du même type qui engage une course contre la montre pour trouver un vaccin qui arrêtera la propagation de la maladie. Le jargon scientifique utilisé apporte une touche réaliste intéressante. C'est un film effrayant de par le fait qu'il y a une possibilité que ça se produise un jour! Toute notre civilisation qui est bâtit sur la consommation et l'excès pourrait être ramenée à la barbarie, non par la menace terroriste ou nucléaire, mais par l'apparition d'une souche résistante d'un virus comme celui qui est décrit dans le film! Bonne réflexion!

Je ne comprends pas les critiques aussi négatives. C'est loin d'être un mauvais film. Le suspense est très présent. On se demande continuellement ce qui va se passer et plusieurs personnes meurent alors que jamais on ne s'y serait attendu. Il n'est absolument pas prévisible. C'est complètement fou de voir le nombre de morts augmenter. Ça fait peur, car si ça arriverait, ça serait l'enfer. La fin m'a beaucoup déplu par contre alors que certaines histoires ne sont pas terminées. Malgré tout, j'ai passé un bon moment.

Personnellement j'ai adoré voir comment l'Organisation de la Santé Mondiale et le Center for disease control fonctionne (du moins dans le film) vis-à-vis une pandémie aussi mortelle. Les acteurs ont biens joués mais y'avait des longueurs. Aussi, je pense aussi que le film perd de sa qualité en raison de la traduction française. Les gens qui espèrent voir des émeutes et des super héros seront certainement déçus par ce film!

Je trouve personnellement que tous les films de contagions, virus, etc. se ressemblent beaucoup, ce qui m'ennui un peu puisque nous savons ce qu'il va se passer dès le départ. La bande-annonce avait l'air pas pire mais le résultat m'a déplue. Cependant ce que j'ai trouvé amusent à propos de ce film est que lorsqu'il est terminé tout le monde est un peu hystérique et, par exemple, regardent le monde croche lorsqu'ils toussent à côté d'eux ahah.

Très bon départ, cependant ça s'essouffle assez rapidement. Excellents acteurs mais qui, pour la plupart, offrent des prestations banales. Ce film réussi très bien à nous placer dans un climat de méfiance par rapport à notre environnement et de ses microbes omniprésents. Il est de plus intéressant de voir ce à quoi le monde ressemblerait s'il faisait face à une épidémie d'une telle envergure. Le tout se gâche lorsqu'on essaie de nous faire croire aux motivations vertueuses des gouvernements et des compagnies pharmaceutiques.

Soderbergh signe un très bon compte rendu d'une propagation épidémique globale. Scénario bien ficelé et crédible, la tension est palpable tout au long de la première heure sans toutefois en mettre trop. La performance d'acteurs est juste et toute en retenue. Le but de ce film n'est clairement pas d'en mettre plein la vue mais bien de dresser un portait objectif d'une situation catastrophique, chose qu'il fait habilement.

Sérieusement, j'ai presque renoncé à voir ce film suite aux divers commentaires sur ce site... Ça aurait été une erreur. Ce film est très intéressant sur plusieurs aspects: aucunes longueurs que pourtant j'attendais, une histoire qui se tient debout et qui est très plausible et de bons acteurs. Bien entendu aucunes scènes d'action parce que CE FILM EST UN DRAME!!! Avis à ceux qui ne sont pas capable différencier les différentes catégories de films et qui ne sont qu'intéressé que par le type vide et sans aucunes profondeurs tel que Fast and the Furious (bien que je l'ai trouvé entertaining), restez chez vous ce film n'est pas pour vous car il contient un sujet nécessitant un minimum d'intelligence, de curiosité et non de connaissances médicales. Donc je vous le conseille même s'il ne sera pas probablement un porteur d'oscar, un film qui reste malgré tout à voir.

Waw... sérieusement. Avant d'aller voir ce film j'avais regardé les critiques et je me disais: "Bof, ça ne doit pas être aussi mauvais que ce que les gens disent et en plus l'annonce avait l'air bonne et il semble y avoir de l'action". HUM! Premièrement changez l'annonce tout de suite, c'est une arnaque! Deuxièmement si vous cherchez un film d'action, allez pas le voir! Y en a pas d'action! Troisièmement ce film EST mauvais, sauf pour ceux qui aiment les films avec du "bla bla" tout le long! Je suis peut-être pas sorti avant la fin, mais je vous jure à la moitié je commençais à vouloir partir... TRÈS PEU RECOMMANDÉ, même le film des Schtroumpfs est meilleur! Sans blague!

Oui , il est magnifique à quel point on peut y constater la fabrication du mensonge... Histoire racontée de façon linéaire de manière à ne pas faire trop peur, sinon je crois que les producteurs auraient été accusés de vouloir TRAUMATISER les gens, mais j'y perçois deux message, un qui est plus positif, DE SE PRÉPARER POUR toutes les ÉVENTUALITÉS , et l'autre qui n'est pas positif du tout et qui m’apparait être un message de propagande pro gouvernementale qui dit que ' le gouvernement a raison et que les compagnies pharmaceutiques ont à cœur l’intérêt suprême du bienêtre de la population' alors, QUE LES MÉCHANTS BLOGUEURS QUI DÉNONCENT CES DERNIERS, NE DISENT QUE DES MENSONGES DANS LE BUT DE FAIRE DE L'ARGENT ET D’ACQUÉRIR DU POUVOIR. Bref en résumé une belle propagande pro gouvernement américain, qui soit dit en passant domine les décisions prises par les autres pays en matière de santé (dans le film...) mois je vous conseille d'aller le voir et par vous mêmes et consciemment, de décortiquer les sous messages apportés dans ce long métrage, vous y constaterez mes amis à quel point les films américains ne sont pas tous que du divertissement, il serait peut-être temps mes amis que vous développiez votre sens critique...

Bonjour, selon moi ce film est un peu long, Matt Damon joue un rôle très simple qui m'a un peu déçu, j'avais des attentes, vu qu'il joue souvent des rôles plus impliqués! Vue d'ensemble le film est plein de mystère sur la contagions, ce qui est intéressant... Tout le contexte de la situation du gouvernement, des chercheurs, et des gens, la réaction de la civilisation, l'anxiété, l'incompréhension, la survie... Attention à la fin, certains peuvent être satisfaits et d'autres vont peur-être rester sur leur faim du savoir plus plus? Bon film! Merci.
